Senator Tammy Baldwin was in Milwaukee Friday, April 1, to tour a new mental health emergency center. The senator worked to secure the $2.5 million in federal funding for the new building. She was joined by County Executive David Crowley, and they spoke with health system leaders to learn how the center will expand mental health treatment in Milwaukee.
